Cultural diversity has been a prominent theme throughout Susanne’s career. With an undergrad focus in international relations, master in international management, her early career was spent in Washington, D.C. as an associate economist with the Institute of International Finance. Working closely with the IMF, World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank she quickly embraced the richness found with diversity in cultural mores, traditions, and business approaches. An opportunity with Ernst & Young in Indianapolis redirected her career to the market research industry where she remains and to which she refers to as “a labor of love.”
Susanne has served as a trusted advisor to small, medium and large organizations and managed both domestic and international practices. She has served on both the client and supplier side of market research and has utilized a broad array of methodologies and business strategies.
